What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Encourage the participation of all employees to ensure the success of the platform. Stay up to date on new Workvivo features and functions to make the most of its benefits. It allows the creation of a solid and positive organizational culture.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There may be resistance to change on the part of employees. It requires time and resources to implement and maintain the platform. There may be issues of privacy and confidentiality of information. Not all companies can afford the cost of a platform like Workvivo. It can cause distraction to employees if not used appropriately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
