What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

I have not used other texting softwares to be able to compare.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TextMagic allowed me to keep various contact lists organized and I was able to respond to clients in real time from the browser to their phones in order to support the clients we served at our non profit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface seemed clunky but for what we were trying to accomplish, which was pretty simple, we didn't need too much more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend keeping your messaging concise and your contact lists updated.
