What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

It is very reliable and has all of the features you would expect from a good test case management tool. It's not too expensive and has a nice UI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the how easy it is to copy test cases and move them around. It's very easy to keep everything organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way that test plans and test runs are set up is a little confusing and it requires a lot of clicking to get into each of them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is pretty easy to learn and a great option for someone who has never used a test tool before. It's easy to customize and it integrates with a lot of other products.

Testrail is more user friendly than its competitors like bugzilla, HP-ALM, etc. The UI and visuals like graphs and charts are better compared to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The report generation after test run or test execution and then capability to share the reports with higher management and other users directly as it generates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, but quite rare we may notice some glitch from Testrail side it maybe because some kind of development or enhancement work is going on from their side. I have faced scenario where the graphs and charts were not coming over the reports generated for quite few days and then customer support team of Testrail resolved that issue on priority.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend it if your QA team members are novice because it would be easy for your test data, test case management and easy to understand and more user friendly. Also it has visuals and UI better in my perspective so you can offcourse consider going for it.
