What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
It has brought us benefits at a work level in two ways, using customer support surveys to obtain feedback on our products and to be able to understand how the market behaves, the likes and dislikes, as well as suggestions from each of our customers; As an internal tool, it has been a work support tool where the work team can leave their comments from any point of view that we are evaluating, from their satisfaction in the job, problems that may arise, thus being able to collect data that allow us to work based on this, in the search for constant improvement and to better understand the environment in which we are operating.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to collect data through the efficient generation of surveys, as it gives us a variety of dynamic options that allow us to delve deeper in a personalized way into how we want to approach the information, what detail, question or visual form we want to collect our data. It provides a final view of the result of our surveys, collecting in detail each of the responses received, in the same way it performs a detailed analysis and unifying responses to evaluate the information in a much more dynamic way through a final report. It is a simple platform to use, anyone on the team can handle the tools and it maintains its intuitiveness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can only highlight two negative aspects: one of them is the slow flow of the interface, when we navigate and try to do our data analysis work, the platform can become saturated and become too slow, this slows down our ability to work and makes it more tedious. Another thing is customer support, we have tried to contact them on a couple of occasions due to errors that appear in our surveys sometimes and we have not been able to get an immediate response, sometimes these types of situations occur in an inopportune way and we must solve them quickly, however, by not getting answers we have had to solve them in other alternative way
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is important to keep in mind that reports are sometimes not so easy to understand, having a qualified team to use this type of platform is essential during the work process, this allows you to avoid any type of inconvenience along the way, because when the platform becomes too complicated and the reports somewhat tedious to understand, it is essential to have a team that knows how to manage the platform, configure it and really adapt it to the needs of the project.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
The main difference that makes SurveyMonkey stand out is because it offers better analytics for all surveys carried out on the platform, it allows you to design surveys that are much more visually striking for all clients, it has a much more complete survey creator which allows you to add questionnaires with videos or images and also insert more interactive questions with multiple answers, it offers a much more complete analytics panel that helps you better understand the trend of the responses received and the behavior of clients in each survey.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love SurveyMonkey's notification and reminder system, as it is able to automatically send reminders to clients to complete each survey from scratch without having previous experience, in addition, the creator is very complete and allows you to add new pages to the survey in a very simple way. You can add survey expiration times and participant limits for each survey, this helps us a lot to limit the responses we should receive for each survey created. It has automated analytics, which helps us understand what customers prefer depending on the responses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not possible to design surveys together, surveys can only be designed individually within the main panel and there is no possibility of designing a survey with participation from several people. The free version is far behing, as it does not offer features that capture the attention of the user who is testing the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that professionals who start using SurveyMonkey use the pre-designed templates offered by the platform, this way they will have a much more optimal and professional design for the surveys without making efforts to make a design manually, the templates are very attractive and capture the attention of the client.
