What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Real-time co-authoring in Word or Excel directly from the cloud is seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve avoided multiple "oops" moments by rolling back to earlier file versions without losing data

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sync issues crop up more often than they should. There have been times when my local and cloud versions didn’t match, causing confusion and delays.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it’s almost certain that I recommend it, but take caution on ensuring your internet connection is stable, as syncing can occasionally act up without you noticing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it allows me to roll back changes when someone accidentally overwrites important data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve had delays that caused some frustration when accessing updated documents during client presentations.

be sure to enable the “Always keep on this device” option for files you frequently access offline

Version history. A teammate once replaced a crucial budget sheet, and restoring the older version took just seconds

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve had moments where a presentation wouldn’t upload on time before a client call, which can be a deal-breaker during crunch periods.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you organize your folders smartly, as shared drives can quickly become cluttered.
