What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Agile boards. I’ve used them to map out sprints for a new campaign, showing every task from brainstorming ideas to finalizing client presentations. The visual clarity is unbeatable
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customizing workflows can feel unnecessarily complicated. It’s like you need a degree in “Jira Admin” just to tweak permissions or automate steps. For smaller tasks, it sometimes feels like overkill.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira shines brightest when workflows are properly configured, but that takes time and effort upfront.

It doesn’t just help organize work—it gives you a structured yet flexible framework to handle everything from troubleshooting urgent system issues to planning long-term IT upgrades, all while syncing with the fast-paced needs of creative teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One standout element is how customizable it is. Setting up workflows to match the unique approval process in our agency was a breeze. For IT-specific tasks, we’ve added custom fields for things like system impact, priority levels, and estimated downtime. And the integrations? Plugging Jira into Slack and Confluence has streamlined communication so much that we no longer waste time hunting for updates in email chains.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Jira can feel overwhelming at times.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It is very powerful & seamless tool for managing multiple projects at the same time. It has lots of customisation options like we can create workflow as per the need. Easy to give the permissions according to the user. It saves our time in giving the project estimation to the client by creating sprints, backlogs, and tasks. It enhance developer productivity and gives transparency to all the team members.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dashboard is my favourite, We can create Jira tickets and assign to the developers or testers. Also we can log the time against the tickets. It gives real time progress tracking on the basis of the output easy for us to take the right decision.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initial setup and creating workflow for the new user it is little bit complex.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Never let you down, It is insane always recommended to the developers, testers and managers.
