What differentiates IBM Sterling Secure File Transfer from other similar products?

IBM as a delivery partner, is exceptional, a bit slow although. The solution was implemented in deep collaboration and serves the purpose for us. I can say it is a good, dependable MFT solution available in the market as on today.

It is a dependable MFT. User centric web interface. Seamless connectivity with other applications

Advance level encryption security feature. Mechanism of authentication of the files. Various security protocols to communicate like SFTP, HTTPS,AS2,FTPS

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration is relatively complex Integration challenges during other application integration. Maintenance overhead

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must use product for secure file transfer. Seam less integration specially with other ibm products like ibm sterling integrator.
