What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive makes a big difference by being a software that quickly connects with documents services, which is great because you can edit a document stored in your cloud, perform a complete edit without having to leave the cloud, all the editing is done within Google Drive. It allows group collaboration and editing of several files together within Drive, which allows you to receive support when editing a new document or to work on a document as a group.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has fast cloud storage, which allows you to download new files and store new files in just a couple of seconds. Google Drive automatically creates copies for all file or document edits, which ensures that you can return to an old version of a file with the push of a simple button. Its operation without an internet connection helps a lot, since you can access stored files and edit any file without internet, all these changes will be reflected in each file when an internet connection is established.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This cloud system is very limited in terms of user customizations, it does not allow you to customize the general interface in the cloud, which causes all users to have the same design in all storage systems. There is no security feature that allows you to block access to your cloud with any type of password or access key, which leaves the files you store in Google Drive a little vulnerable, since anyone with access to your Google account will be able to access this data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My main recommendation is that users should purchase an additional storage plan in Google Drive, since the storage in the free version is only 15 GB and this will not elp at all if the user plans to use this system in their company, so it is highly recommend to use a paid plan for more storage and access to better features.

Mac App don't have a clear political of updates and support.

It's a good product, multiplatform, easy to customize to scripts using Java Script based language.Not need training for your staff start using.
