What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

Other platforms similar to DocuSign only focus on offering Digital Signature services, leaving aside the management of contracts and agreements, this is where the main difference comes in, DocuSign offers a section where you can create a new negotiation and monitor it very closely until the end of this negotiation, this is very useful to finalize contracts within the platform. Other platforms other less encryption security and lower standards, DocuSign has very varied security standars to ensure the validity of each digital signature worldwide, this is fantastic and is one of the things that caught my attention the most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign has excellent integration with any document management platform, which allows you to use a digital signature previously stored in DocuSign in all the documents you want, just by having an active integration in those platforms, all documents can be signed without having to import that document to DocuSign. The templates offered are quite striking and varied, you can apply a different template for each contract you make, there are templates for IT Services, finances and much more. DocuSign supports any document format, which allows you to import any document and use the signature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't seen problems while using DocuSign, in our IT Company it is absolutely essential to have a signature service that allows us to sign contracts remotely and in just a couple of seconds, so I must admit that DocuSign has been very useful and has not had any negative characteristics, I have been impressed by the usefulness of this platform for so many signatures that we make to finalize our IT services with new clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The first recommendation is that professionals should constantly use the templates offered by DocuSign, this will greatly improve the general design of each contract and will reduce the creation time, the templates make the user save time. I also recommend that you always use the preview feature, this will help the recipient always receive a complete version of each document and not have any errors within it.
