The limitation in handling long-term memory across sessions can be frustrating, as users need to reintroduce context. Additionally, occasional inaccuracies in technical fields or when addressing niche queries highlight room for improvement in knowledge depth and consistency.v

If you’re looking for a versatile assistant for personal or professional use, Chatgpt is an excellent choice. However, approach complex technical topics cautiously, as double checking outputs may be necessary. Pair it with other tools for specialized tasks to maximize its utility.

What differentiates ChatGPT from other similar products?

What constantly amazes me with ChatGPT is its ability to do just about anything, which makes my life so much easier, in and out of the workplace. We previously used Anyword, and it felt more limited in its capabilities. With ChatGPT, you can give it prompts that you haven't fully thought through but it will still understand the direction you're trying to go in. I think it is just so smart on its own and it makes things so much more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to upload files to give it context when giving it a prompt. That allows it to understand what I'm asking for on a whole new level.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it doesn't understand what I'm aiming for no matter how detailed I get. Like, I'll thoroughly explain that I need it to generate social captions for ALL 40 rows in a spreadsheet, and it will give me 1-20 and say something like "let me know if you'd like a fully-expanded list of all the rows", when that's what I asked it to do in the first place. Sometimes it can just be finicky like that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it. Even without the premium version, it can make your workday more efficient in ways that will shock you.
