What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo differentiates by offering everything one needs be it emails, SMS, CRM, and automation, all at one place, all at prices that work for enterprises of all sizes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I really like about Brevo is that how easy it makes everything. All the tools we need, from email to automation, are in one place & it's just simple and effective for businesses to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Brevo is that its more advanced features, like segmentation and reporting, can be a bit basic compared to some competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is considering Brevo, I’d recommend starting with the free plan to get a feel for its features & take advantage of their integrations with other tools one might already use to make the most of the platform.

Their pricing does not change often as they do keep the same pricing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

YOU can easily embed the Brevo email marketing features into any solution using the API and have the best user interface for a quicker navigation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Brevo free version supports very limited email contacts, like 300 contacts in the free version which is too smaller compared to other solution

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a professional tool to use but you should keep in mind that Brevo do have limited templates
